FAQs
Tyre buying FAQs
How do I know what size tyre I need?▾
The size is printed on the sidewall of your existing tyre, e.g. 205/55 R16. If you're unsure, give us a call with your registration and we'll confirm the correct fitment for your car.
What's the difference between premium, mid-range and budget tyres?▾
Premium brands (Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, Goodyear, Bridgestone) typically offer the longest life, best wet grip and lowest noise. Mid-range tyres balance cost and performance. Budget tyres are the cheapest up-front but generally wear faster and stop a bit longer in the wet.
Is fitting included in the price shown?▾
Yes — the price shown per tyre includes mobile fitting, computer balancing, a new valve, and disposal of your old tyre. There are no surprise charges on the van.
Can I mix tyre brands on my car?▾
We recommend matching tyres at least across the same axle. For best handling and safety the same brand and tread pattern on all four wheels is ideal — we'll always advise based on what's already fitted.
Do you stock tyres for electric vehicles?▾
Yes. We fit EV-rated tyres for Tesla, Polestar, Kia EV, BMW i-series and others. EV tyres are designed for the extra weight and instant torque of electric cars.
